What will we do on this excursion?

This tour runs through the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, where some of the most beautiful villages and farmhouses that you will ever see are hidden, places full of magic, resisting the unalterable passage of the centuries. Its privileged position in front of the sea, sculpts a fairy tale scenario.

Our trip starts at the pick-up point at 10:00 A.M. Once we are all present, we head for the heart of the mountain. We will pass through the bucolic villages of Puigpunyent and Estellencs and cross the mountains and their dense oak forests until we reach the cliffs of Banyalbufar. These cliffs are famous for their hundreds of steep terraces, their Malviana grape vines, and the wonderful natural landscape that surrounds them. We will continue along this road bordering the north coast of the island until we reach our first stop ... Valldemossa.

Valldemossa, a place to which Frederik Chopin defined as:

"The most beautiful place in the world to live"

For Mallorcan people, Valldemossa has an even more special connotation: it is the birthplace of the only saint from the island, Saint Catherine Thomas. Valldemossa received its name from a Moor landowner, Muza. With its exclusively pedestrian cobble-stoned streets and its rich cultural heritage, this town is a must see in Mallorca. Here, we will enjoy free time to explore its streets, contemplate the beauty of La Cartuja, and taste its exquisite potato cake

The second part of our journey will be along the north coast where you can look out at some of the best views the island has to offer. We will pass through the town of Deià which is.. considered "the paradise" by many people because it combines the beauty of nature with earthly pleasures and social harmony.

You will also have excellent restaurants and cafes to choose from during your visit.

The name "Deià" originates from the time of the conquest of the Moros of Mallorca, the word meaning town. Deià has welcomed artists and musicians for decades, including the famous Robert Graves, whose house is now a museum. From there, we will continue north until we reach our destination ... Sóller.

Sóller is located right in the middle of a "valley of oranges" or "valley of gold". It became prosperous thanks to the great abundance of citrus crops in the valley. In the 19th century, when the area was isolated from the rest of Mallorca by the mountains, oranges were exported to France from the Port deSóller.

Sóller is known as one of the most urban centers on the island, comprised of many modernist style buildings. From there, we will take the tram to our third stop ... Puerto de Sóller.

Once we arrive at the Port of Sóller, we will enjoy free time to walk and have lunch in one of its exquisite bars and restaurants. You can enjoy its delicious rice, fish, tapas, and assortment of authentic seafood pleasures such as legendary and world famous Prawns of Sóller.
